Are you full of wild plans and creative ideas? Do you want to contribute to a sustainable future? Do you want to make a difference for yourself and other young people? With an eye on the world and a heart for your community? Become a YOUCA Community Connector, or CoCo for short!
A what?
YOUCA is a youth movement, an organization for and by young people working together towards a sustainable society. This year, the Community Connectors will head to LABIOMISTA and the neighborhood of Nieuwe Kempen.
LABIOMISTA
LABIOMISTA is a 24-hectare evolving artwork by Koen Vanmechelen. With space for animals and art, wilderness and wonder, the place is an ode to creativity and discovery, offering inspiration for a more sustainable future.
Discover how art, science, and community inspire each other. Engage in conversations with LABIOMISTA’s partners and the local community, meet other young people, and work together to imagine and create your neighborhood.
LABIOMISTA encourages young people to think and see in new ways, equipped with the tools of our own and other cultures. They are inspired to contribute hopefully and thoughtfully to a future that benefits everyone—people and all species on our planet.
