Sophie Slabbinck is a dream architect - a title she invented after being challenged by a head hunter for being ‘impossible to categorize’. Sophie holds a Masters Degree in International Law from the VUB, has a MBA from Solvay Business School and is a licensed psychotherapist. At heart, she is a change strategist. Her passion lies in creating the right environment for talent to emerge and thrive - whether in individuals, organisations or teams. The projects Sophie has worked on span a multitude of sectors and continents: from organizing high end events to coaching disadvantaged youth, developing an innovative customer experience for a luxury brand, the international roll-out of a well known Belgian food chain and the revival of an extinct pig race. Sophie currently works on projects focused on social and economic sustainability. Her experience as a dream architect is something she shares as a keynote speaker and lecturer.
